There is less research on anaerobic training but some of it also proves the effectiveness of caffeine. Some studies suggest that caffeine appears to have better results on lower limb strength than upper limb strength, but in general, its role in strength-enhancing performance is unclear.
The benefit of drinking coffee in moderation is far greater than the health risk. On the other hand, drinking too much coffee can tire the adrenal glands and cause an increase in cortisol, which will promote fat gain and muscle loss.
It is not clearly demonstrated that adding caffeine during training can really promote fat oxidation but it is proven that too much caffeine will definitely affect the body composition in a negative way.
